KISHTWAR, Dec 26: Youth Congress leader Sharik Saroori has alleged that the present PDP and BJP Government in the State and BJP at the Centre have failed to fulfill even a single commitment with the people and brought miseries for the common man due to their wrong policies.
Addressing party workers and new entrants at Mundwar Pahalgwar today Sharik said that achievement of both the Governments, is that the divisive forces have succeeded in vitiating the atmosphere of peace and harmony in the State and the Country. There is hue and cry everywhere and nobody feels secure in the present regime.
Sharik further said that the failure of the Govt is required to be highlighted amongst the public for their anti-national policies and assured new comers that a State of fair deal and justice will prevail only under Congress regime.
He also assured the newly entrants that their genuine demands including water crisis, electricity problem, pending payment under MGNREGA or IHHL schemes, improvement of road connectivity and other issues would be addressed in a time bound manner. He further said that MLA Inderwal GM Saroori would leave no stone unturned in redressing the genuine issues on top priority.
Prominent local leader from Chatroo, Chowdhary Lal Din also spoke on the occasion. He said that Congress was a beacon of hope in the atmosphere of political opportunism and sellouts that has engulfed the State and deprived its people of their dignity and rights. He said that his people would work tirelessly to strengthen the Congress party at the grassroots level.
