SRINAGAR, Nov 6: Police today said a Power Development Department (PDD) daily wager was electrocuted in Bandipora district of north Kashmir last evening.
Twenty year-old Firdous Ahmad Sheikh a daily wage employee received electric shock while repairing electric wires at Shadipora Bazar in Sumbal area of Bandipora district.
He succumbed while on way to hospital, the police spokesman said, adding that the body of deceased was handed over to his relatives after medico-legal formalities.
