UDHAMPUR, May 29: With MLA Udhampur Pawan Gupta kicksstarting black topping of the road the construction work of 3.5 Kms road from Aasi to Flata of Seen Thakran Panchayat in Udhampur Assembly Constituency has begun.
Addressing huge gathering on the occasion, Pawan Gupta disclosed that the construction cost of this 3.5 Kms road is more than Rs. 90 lakh and today he has fulfilled one of his commitment with the people of Seen Thakeran Panchayat.
Pawan Gupta has expressed that to fulfill his election commitments of his Assembly Constituency , he and team of his political activists are vigilant and in this connection several projects are submitted to the concerning departments of State Government. He cautioned the people about some vested interested so called rejected self styled leaders who are trying to befooling the people by claiming that they have only solutions of public problems.
He disclosed that he has raised his voice strongly against present Government that Udhampur has Rs. 163 crore budget outlay last year and it has been now Rs. 71 crore and accused the State Government of watching like a mute spectator to the strike of PHE employees which has entered seventy sixth day now and the people are facing hardships on account of the same.
Gupta further said that discrimination with the people of Udhampur District will not be tolerated and asked the people to get ready for a big agitation against anti-Jammu Government led by PDP-BJP. The prominent among others Raj Kumar Bucha, Rohit Sethi, Raj Mohammad Chandail, Kuldeep Singh, Lambardar Madan Singh and Uttam Singh were also present .
