UDHAMPUR, Apr 12: Pawan Gupta, MLA, today kick started black-topping work on Jakhani to Salmaha road.
On this occasion, large number of local people had gathered and they garlanded Mr Gupta amidst raising of slogans for fulfilling his election commitments.
While addressing the gathering, Gupta informed that construction cost of this road was about Rs 70 lakh. He also instructed department authorities that he will not tolerate any compromise with quality work.
Prominent persons, present on the occasion, included Raj Kumar Bucha, Raj Mohd Chandial, Rohit Sethi, Ramesh Bhardwaj, Vicky Bhardwaj, Danish Rathore, Amit Balwal, Happy Rathore and Raj Kumar.
