Pathania demands Shrine Board for Pingla, Chountra Mata Shrines

RAMNAGAR, Feb 14: While undertaking a three days tour of villages Nalda, Farole, Dhanu, Konain, Pyala, Talani, Sunater, Hansa, Katheel Ganju, Blandh here, Ranbir Singh Pathania, Spokesperson J&K BJP reminded the Governor led administration of the commitment of government regarding takeover of Sri Pingla and Sri Chountra Mata by SMVDSB.
He said that this commitment was made on the floor of Assembly during debate on a private members bill tabled by him.
He further said that thousands of devotees visit each of these shrines every year but there are no infrastructural facilities at these shrines.
Pathania demanded immediate completion of Stage-II works on Plassan-Rang, Kirmoo-Duafad, Sunater-Dhanwalt, Plassan-Bainsta and Bainsta-Pinger roads. He was critical about the poor and sub-standard work on Block boundary Badhole-Ramnagar road, Ramnagar to Chatriari roads.
He also asked for immediate macadamization of Bhugterian to Hansa PWD road.
While responding to local demands he promised to take up with the concerned quarters the case of developing stadia at Hansa, Rang and Cheel. He also called for immediate inclusion of Dhanu-Rang road under ‘languishing projects scheme’.
