Parihar elected JEWA president

UDHAMPUR, Jan 9: Election of Jammu Kashmir Judicial Employees Welfare Association (JEWA) was held in which Mangat Ram Parihar was elected as the State president.
T N Pandita and Umeshawar Singh Jamwal were elected State vice presidents while   Tariq Ahmed Khan was elected as State general secretary and   Arshid Jahangir as organizer.  Abdul Qayoom, Firodus Ahmed Bhat and Rafiq Ahmed Bhat were elected as State Coordinator, State Treasurer and State Public Secretary, respectively.
Besides,   Shokat Ahmed Mahjoo and Sudershan Singh were nominated as ex offico members of the State body of the JEWA.
Almost all the office bearers and member of both the provincial bodies participated in the election.  Khem Raj Bali, founder of the Judicial Employees Welfare Association was the guest of honor on the occasion.
