JAMMU, Aug 5: Multi-cuisine restaurant ‘Panyaar’ is going to launch week-long Kashmiri Wazwan Food Festival from Monday, the 7th August, 2017.
The Food Festival including vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet starts from Rs 399 for vegetarian and Rs 599 for non-vegetarian including the starters.
The festival offers Kashmiri cuisine providing an exhaustive menu that boasts of specialty dishes from different regions of Kashmir. The traditional Kashmiri meal, known as Wazwan, is an elaborate, multi-course affair that offers a variety of rich and aromatic dishes. The preparation of Wazwan is considered an art form and Kashmiris regard it as an integral part of their culture and identity. Kashmiri cuisine is famous for the generous use of spices such as cardamom, saffron, fennel, asafetida and locally grown chillis.
Panyaar restaurant is providing fine dining place to the people as well the tourist coming from other States at the cheapest and competitive rates.
The food fest will start from 7th August and conclude on 13th August.
