JAMMU, Mar 21: Union Minister of State in PMO with Independent Charge of North Eastern States, Dr Jitendra Singh today said that Vajpayee’s three point doctrine of Jamhuriyat, Insaniyat and Kashmiriyat for settling Kashmir issue to which the commitment has been made during the recent Governor address is linked to Kashmiri Pandits itself.
Addressing a Navreh function at KP Sabha here this afternoon, he said the word Jamhuriyat is incomplete without the role of Pandits  before and after independence as Pandits have played an important role in brining democracy to country perhaps any one else.
He said likewise Kashmiriyat can’t be restored in Valley without honourable and dignified return of KPs. This message has to go louder and clear round the world that restoration of Kashmiriyat was incomplete without the honorable return of Pandits, he added.
While referring to the word Insaniyat another point of Vajpayee’s doctrine, he said Pandits are embodiment of Insaniyat as they believe in great values of life.
