NEW DELHI: There can be no compromise on the issue of cross border terrorism and the onus is on Pakistan to create a conducive atmosphere for a constructive and comprehensive bilateral dialogue, the Government told the Rajya Sabha today.

In response to a question, Minister of State for External Affairs V K Singh said India’s consistent position has been that entire Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and a part of the territory of the state has been under illegal occupation of Pakistan.

“India is committed to addressing all outstanding issues, including the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, bilaterally and through peaceful means in accordance with Simla agreement and Lahore declaration,” he said. (AGENCIES)
