VIJAYPUR, Dec 23: “People have faced other political parties who have miserably failed to bring peace in Kashmir, give employment to the unemployed, and develop the under-developed areas of the State,” said District Samba Congress President, Manjit Singh while addressing a public meeting here today.
He claimed that it is only Congress party which can keep the State united.
“If Congress party forms next Government, they will work for the welfare of downtrodden section of the society,” said Manjit Singh.
On this occasion over a dozen people from different political parties joined Congress and were welcomed by Manjit Singh.
“People are coming in support of Congress party across the country and AICC President Rahul Gandhi will lead the nation,” Manjit said expressing hope that in J&K too Congress will form Government on its own and will ensure all over development in all the three regions of the State.
