JAMMU, Apr 26: To ensure hassle free movement of vehicles carrying Darbar move employees and important official records, only one-way movement of traffic viz. from Jammu towards Srinagar will be permitted on April 29 and 30, 2017 on the NHW-1A.
“As such no movement of any sort of traffic including that of convoys of Army, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB etc. will be permitted on the NHW-1A from Srinagar towards Jammu on these days,” said IGP Traffic Jagjit Kumar a handout issued here today.
He said that the one-way movement of traffic viz. from Jammu towards Srinagar would also be in place on 6th and 7th May to ensure hassle free movement of vehicles carrying Darbar move employees. No movement of any sort of traffic including that of convoys of Army, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB etc. will be permitted on the NHW-1A from Srinagar towards Jammu side on 6th and 7th May.
