SRINAGAR, Oct 2: Police today said that a person was killed while four others were injured in two separate road mishaps in Leh and Budgam districts.
A police spokesman said that an I-20 car bearing registration number JK02AL-0021 driven by Skalzamg Tolgan met with an accident near village Lehdoo in Leh District, resulting in on spot death of one person and injuries to four others. “The injured were shifted to Army Hospital Achinathang for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The spokesman said that a sumo bearing registration number JK13-9266 hit and inure a lady namely Zaina Begum at Pakharpora in Budgam district. “The injured was shifted to Sub Distict Hospital Pakherpora for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
