UDHAMPUR, Feb 27: One person died and three others, including a girl, were injured when a Maruti car, they were traveling in, rolled down into deep gorge near Chulna in Panchari tehsil, here this morning.
The Maruti car bearing registration number JK02S-9506, was on its way from Jangori to Panchari when it rolled down from a PMGSY road near Chulna and slipped into 150 feet deep gorge this morning, abuts 10:50 am.
Panchari police and locals rushed to the spot and took the victims to PHC Panchari where one of them was declared as brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Bodh Raj (35) son of Balak Ram of village Jangori.
The injured were identified as Narinder Kumar (35), son of Khem Raj, Hans Raj (48), son of Gyan Chand and Anita Devi (18), daughter of Des Raj, all of village Jangori (Chulna) in Panchari tehsil.
