JAMMU, Mar 11: New Style Fabricators (P) Ltd, Satwari, Jammu (Authorized dealers of Bajaj Auto Ltd,) today launched ” Bajaj Dominar 400 & Pulsar 200NS Motorcycles at their showroom.
The vehicle was launched in presence of Rohan Kotwal, Exective Director, NSF BAJAJ, Jammu, Ritesh Gupta (Area Sales Manager) Bajaj Finance Ltd, all ASDs and other guests.
Speaking on this occasion, Rohan Kotwal said ” In terms of styling, the Bajaj Dominar 400 retains the muscular and aggressive lines. The design is attention seeking and mixes a sports bike style with the stance of a cruiser. Furthermore, you get full LED headlamps on the Dominar 400, a first in the segment, while it also comes with Automatic Headlamp On (AHO) function as standard.”
Power on the Bajaj Dominar 400 comes from the 373.2cc DTS-i single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve engine that is tuned to produce 34.5bhp at 8000rpm and 35Nm of torque at 8500rpm. The motor comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox and also gets a slipper clutch, a first for any Bajaj offering. The bike comes with 43 mm telescopic front forks and an adjustable monoshock rear suspension, while braking performance comes from 320 mm front and 230 mm rear disc brakes. The bike also gets dual-channel ABS.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 will be available in three colours – Midnight Blue, Twilight Plum and Moon White.
Regarding the other motorcycle i.e., Pulsar NS 200 , Sunil Raina, General Manager NSF BAJAJ, said, “Mechanically, the new Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 comes with an updated 199.5 cc engine that is now compliant with BS IV emission norms like other Bajaj products.
The bike now comes in three new colour shades in dual tone options – Red-Grey, Black-Grey and White-Grey. The muscular stance of the naked street-fighter is further accentuated by the sharp colour accents. The bike gets the beefy fuel tank with tank shrouds, split seats, sleek tail section and the 17-inch alloy wheels shod in MRF Nylo Grip tyres. Other features include – a body colour belly pan, auto headlamps on (AHO) function and optional centre stand.
