NSF holds protest rally against Chinese incursion

JAMMU, Apr 25: Members of the National Secular Forum (NSF) today held a protest rally against Chinese incursions in the Ladakh region and demanded UPA-Government and State Government to give a befitting reply to the China.
A large number of NSF activists led by State President of Forum, Dr.Vikas Sharma blocked the University road for half and hour.
The NSF activists later burnt an effigy of China and raised slogans against the Chinese Government, UPA-Government and Prime Minister.
Addressing the protesters here today, Dr.Vikas Sharma, president NSF, said the Centre had not paid attention to the region for the past many years and as a result, the Chinese had been able to enter the Indian territory and harass Ladakh people.
Dr Sharma said that on April 15 at least 50 personal from People’s Liberation Army (PLA) intruded at least 10 km inside Indian Territory in Daulat Baig sector of Leh. “Tte PLA pitched tents inside the Indian Territory and established temporary posts there”, he added.
Among those who were present in the protest included, Sukdev Singh, Ravi Choudhary,Narinder Singh, Vikram Madhyal,Pushpinder Singh, Mudshar, Barket, Balveer Kumar, Zamir Naik, Bupinder Singh, Zakar,Jagmohan Singh etc .
