NPP to intensify separate Jammu demand from Mar 1: Mankotia

KATHUA, Feb 17:  Reiterating long cherished demand of majority of people from Jammu region, former MLA and NPP, State President Balwant Singh Mankotia disclosed that party would intensify the separate Jammu demand from  March Ist, 2018 in Jammu region.
Addressing party workers’ large rally at village Dhana  in Basohli constituency, former MLA & NPP, State president Balwant Singh Mankotia informed that party has decided to intensify separate Jammu state demand from March Ist, 2018 and would constitute Jammu Statehood committees at ground level. After formation of committee, party will fight for justice and equal right to the unemployed educated youth of Jammu region. He asked the party workers to gear up their activities for this purpose.
Mankotia claimed that time has come to unite the people of Jammu region to uproot the BJP Government which has deceived the educated unemployed youth of Jammu province. The party who claimed as champion of Jammu people since 1947 after assuming power betrayed the people of Jammu by surrendering the aspirations of Jammu people for sake of power, Mankotia regretted.
NPP leader said party had earlier launched the campaign for separate Jammu State and received massive response of general public from Kathua to Banihal and from Kishtwar to border district to Poonch. People of Jammu region whole heartedly welcomed the party leaders and assured to provide support for the separate Jammu State demand.
On this occasion many  youth joined the party  and resolved to support this movement. After joining the NPP, new entrants took pledge to spread the movement of separate Jammu State demand in their area.
NPP District president Robin Sharma, Youth District president, Balbir Singh, Trade Union District president Manoj Gupta, former Sarpanch and District general secretary Ramesh Gupta, Ex-Sarpanch Jagdev Singh and Rajesh also addressed the gathering.
