NPP to emerge largest party in Assembly polls: Mankotia

UDHAMPUR, Jan 5: State president of National Panthers Party Balwant Singh Mankotia today said that NPP would emerge as largest political group in the next Assembly elections in Jammu region.
Addressing a large public rally at Khoo Patta in Jib Thathi area today, the NPP MLA from Udhampur constituency said that in 2002 Assembly elections Panthers Party had brought change in the Udhampur constituency by defeating both BJP and Congress like Aam Adami Party in Delhi. He said it is only NPP which is fighting for the cause of Jammu region. This party is committed to deliver justice to the people of Jammu region at their door steps.
Mr Mankotia claimed that it is only the NPP who taught the leaders of many parties what is the role of elected representatives and also filled that gap between leader and the public. He appealed the people to support NPP to end discrimination with the people of Jammu region.
The MLA announced up-gradation of Primary School Khoo Patta and Health Sub Centre Thathi besides construction of bridge on Muttal-Samole road. He announced that Jib-Thathi road will also be upgraded under PMGSY programme shortly for which the detailed project report has been submitted to the Government.
Prominent among others who spoke on the occasion included, Sarpanch Sunil Gudda, Sarpanch Meem Singh, Sarpanch Hoshiyar Singh, Sarpanch Som Raj, Sarpanch Ashwani Sharma, Sarpanch Rakesh Sharma and Sarpanch Shiv Dev Singh.
