NPP holds protest against Govt

SAMBA, July 15: The activists of J&K National Panthers Party and the general public of Talab Daata, Bari Brahmana, under the leadership of Rajesh Padgotra, Provincial President Jammu protested against the BJP-PDP coalition Government.
The protesters were raising slogans against BJP-PDP for the neglect of Government in the field of road connectivity, Electricity and construction of lanes and drains.
The protesters said that the Governments of National Conference, Congress in past and PDP-BJP in present dispensation have totally ignored the areas particularly belonging to Schedule Castes.
Pargotra while interacting with the Media persons demanded construction of lanes and drains and blacktopping of roads, adding that there is apprehension of breakout of epidemics due to breeding of mosquitoes in the dilapidated drains where the water remains stagnant.
Pargotra warned the Government to expedite the action within month’s time or an agitation will be launched.
Among others who participated in the protest included Khajoor Singh sarpanch Rahya, Mohan Lal Attri, Rakesh Verma, Rohit Sharma, Pawan Attri, Ajay attri, Gourav Attri, Davinder attri, Anju Bala, Soama Devi, Darshno Devi, Raj Kumari, Manju Bala, Rano Devi, Sushil Attri and Hari Chand.
