Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6 are finally launched in Indian market. Nokia 6 – Rs 14,999 Nokia 5- Rs 12,899 Nokia 3- Rs 9,499. All three phones were launched at an event in Delhi. Hold your thoughts there only. The availability of phones is still an issue. Only Nokia 3 will be available for purchase in June. You will have to wait till July to get your hands on Nokia 6 and Nokia 5. Additionally, all the Nokia phones sold in India will be manufactured in the country. Nokia is following the dual channel strategy in selling its phones, with the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 being available offline, and Nokia 6 exclusively available via Amazon India.
Nokia 6 – price in India is Rs. 14,999, and registrations for the first sale will start on July 14, but the company has not announced when the smartphone will go on sale
Nokia 5 -On the other hand, the Nokia 5 price in India is Rs. 12,899, and will be available for pre-booking starting July 7 through offline channels.
Nokia 3- cheapest of the three, will be going on sale at a price of Rs. 9,499, and will be available exclusively via offline retail as well from June 16 without any need of registrations.
Nokia 6 specifications
Nokia 6 is the best-specced smartphone among the three. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD 2.5D screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and a fingerprint sensor. The Nokia 6 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. The handset packs 32GB inbuilt storage, and supports microSD cards up to 128GB capacity, and houses a 3000mAh battery. On the camera front, the Nokia 6 sports a 16-megapixel rear sensor, while the front camera’s resolution is 8-megapixel and both come with an f/2.0 aperture. The handset has USB 2.0 port for connectivity, fingerprint sensor in the front, dual stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos audio enhancement.
Nokia 5 specifications
Nokia 5 features a fingerprint scanner and sports a 5.2-inch HD display. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and is powered by the Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage and also supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 128GB). Nokia 5 packs a 13-megapixel sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel sensor at the front.
The Nokia 5’s design is highlighted with a seamless aluminium 6000 series body that curves around the edges for a smooth, rounded shape, which the company says is a “perfect fit for those who need great design, specs at its price.” You can also like yantragyan on facebook for more tech updates. Nokia 3 specifications
Lastly, Nokia 3 has been targeted at those who are looking for a premium-looking handset at a budget. It comes with a polycarbonate body and metallic frame on the sides. For specifications, the Nokia 3 has a 5-inch HD display, Android 7.0 Nougat, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6737 SoC. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card support. Optics include an 8-megapixel camera on both the front and back. The Nokia 3 packs a 2650mAh battery and measures 143.4×71.4×8.4mm.
What about Jammu ?
In Jammu as of now only Nokia 3 will be available for purchase in all leading stores. Nokia 5 is expected to be available next month. Nokia 6 will be available online via amazon only. We will update you when Nokia 6 will be available here
