The Assembly elections in three states: Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland will be held on February respectively. Counting in all the three States will be held on March 3. The terms of the Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura Houses are ending on March 6, March 13 and March 14 respectively. Voter-verifiable paper audit trail devices would be used along with Electronic Voting Machines in the three States. Although the last month blaming EVMs wound will not have recovered yet. I would like to draw the kind attention of all authorities only on Voter-verifiable paper audit trail devices to use in three states so that no chance may be given to any one to blame EVMs.
