JAMMU, Dec 29: State General Secretary of J&K Pradesh Youth Congress Advocate Pankaj Basotra has alleged that there is no democratic Government in Jammu and Kashmir and most of decisions taken by the bureaucrats have been modified or stayed by the High Court.
Basotra while addressing the youth of Kathua district and the casual labour workers at Billawar said that there is no political Government on the ground and the bureaucrats are taking the undemocratic decisions on their own but thanks to the judiciary which is modifying or stayed the decisions taken against the interest of the general public.
He said that most of the development projects already started by the previous Government at Jammu province are being totally ignored by present Government. He added that the present Government has ignored the nationalist unemployed youth of the State by issuing the SRO 520 which clearly shows that the skilled or unskilled workers are being regularized like in the private companies.
Youth Congress leader stated that the J&K Service Recruitment Board has invited the applications for the post of General Line teachers but discriminated with Kishtwar, Doda, Poonch, Jammu and Kathua districts and even Leh and Kargil have also been ignored.
He urged the public particularly the youth to be ready to fight against such discrimination because the youth will not tolerate against such dirty games played with their future.
