JAMMU, Apr 10: Defeating Baba Jitto Club, Pouni Chak in the finals by 30 points, NIS Club Jammu won the Kabaddi Championship, organized by JKAP 4th Security Battalion, under Civic Action Programme, here.
On the final day of the Championship, ADGP Security J&K, Dilbag Singh was the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, he advised the youth to actively participate in co-curricular activities and sports for their overall development.
ADGP appreciated the players and distributed trophies, medals and tracksuits among the finalists and other players who participated in the programme to encourage them and uplift their morale.
Sanjeev Kumar Khajuria, SSP Commandant JKAP4th Battalion, Channi Himmat, Vijay Kumar, DIG IRP Jammu, Ashok Kumar SSP, PD Sharma, RK Dhar and other GOs were also present.
