‘Nirwan Divas’ function of    Kabir Dass ji on Mar 12

JAMMU, Feb 22: All J&K Shri Sad Guru Kabir Sabha has resolved to organize a grand function in connection with the `Nirwan Divas’ of  great Guru on March 12  and also released a calendar depicting series of functions being held at various places in this connection  across the region.
Addressing a press conference here today, president of the Sabha, FC Bhagat  disclosed that a grand function to observe  `Nirwan Divas’ of Shri Kabir Dass Ji Maharaj will be organised at Kabir Mandir, village Chak Avtara in Bishnah Sub Division  of Jammu district on March 12, 2017.  He said a decision in this connection was taken unanimously during a meeting of the Sabha members held here recently.
Bhagat further disclosed that it was also unanimously decided  that besides the main function in Bishnah, all the District/ Block units of the Sabha will celebrate Kabir Jayanti  at their respective headquarters as per the calender schedule.
FC Bhagat (president) and G R Bhagat, senior vice president of the Sabha appealed to the community members to participate in the grand function on March 12 and other programnmes being held at various other places in connection with the `Nirwan Divas’ of great Guru.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee members of the Sabha also launched the Calendar of programmes indicating detailed schedule of functions to be held along with places and dates as well.
Among others, who attended the conference, included district presidents  Pradeep Kumar,  Dev Raj,  Sat Pal,  Babu Ram,  Manohar Lal – general secretary,  Sain Dass, Dr Gurdas, Tirath Ram, Chaman Lal and KL Lehria.
President of the Sabha appealed to all the members of  Bhagat community to participate in the function and have the blessing of  the great Saint,  Shri Sad Guru Kabir Dass ji Maharaj.
