Nirankari Mission holds blood donation camp

JAMMU, Feb 2 : Sant Nirankari Mandal organized its voluntary blood donation camp at Bishnah, where 102 devotees of the Mission donated their blood. Devotees from branch Miran Sahib also participated in camp.
The camp was inaugurated by R C Puri, Regional Secretary Red Cross Society, while speaking on the occasion he said that blood donation is a noble cause and congratulated Nirankari Mission for this camp. Other dignitaries present in the camp were Yashpal Sharma MLC, Dr Vijay Sawhney HoD and Dr Sushant Blood Bank, GMC Jammu.
Satpal, Mukhi, Sant Nirankari Mandal branch Bishnah, welcomed the chief guest, prominent citizens, hospital authorities, volunteers of the Mission.
Ajit Singh, zonal incharge said that even though basically the Mission is a spiritual movement, but it has been making a significant contribution towards social welfare activities also.
