NEW DELHI, Aug 12: Nickel prices eased further by Rs 5 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today owing to tepid demand from consuming industries.
Traders said muted demand from alloy-makers mainly kept nickel prices lower.
In the national capital, nickel plate (4×4) fell further by Rs 5 to Rs 775-785 per kg.
Following are today’s metal rates (in Rs per kg):
Zinc ingot Rs 104-110, Nickel plate (4×4) Rs 775-785, gun metal scrap Rs 227, Bell metal scrap Rs 229, copper mixed scrap Rs 355, chadri deshi Rs 295.
Lead ingot Rs 102, lead imported Rs 108, aluminium ingots Rs 154, aluminium sheet cutting Rs 150, aluminium wire scrap Rs 150 and aluminium utensils scrap Rs 148. (PTI)
