JAMMU, Aug 22: NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company has been adjudged winner of the award for ‘Most Valuable PSU under Mini Ratna Category’ at the India Today Group PSU Awards.
RS Mina, Director (Personnel), received the award on behalf of NHPC from Ram Vilas Paswan, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India on August 21, 2014 in New Delhi.
The awards were given on the basis of the survey evaluation of PSUs across four segments – Maharatna, Navaratna, Miniratna and other PSUs – under eight categories.
