NHMEA condemns police cane charge on unemployed youth

DODA, Feb 7: The district unit of National Health Mission Employees Association (NHMEA) has strongly condemned the police cane charge on the peacefully protesting unemployed veterinary doctors in Jammu on Monday.
In a statement issued here, president of the association, Faizan A Tramboo, said that the NHMEA condemns the use of force by police on peacefully protesting unemployed veterinary doctors besides arrest of some youth.
“It is shameful on the part of the Government that instead of listening the grievances of the unemployed youths, Government is trying to gag their voice”, he said, adding, these repressive measures by the Government could not demoralize the youth in continuing their struggle for fulfillment of their genuine demands.
Tramboo accorded his full support to the cause of unemployed veterinary doctors and assured to join them in their struggle in near future.
