JAMMU, Dec 6: NGR Football Club and Param FC registered resounding victories over their rivals in the ongoing 1st Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Memorial Gold Cup State League Football Tournament at GGM Science College Football ground, here today.
NGR defeated Churchill Brothers by four goals to nil (4-0). Naresh scored the first and second goals in 3rd and 44th minutes, while the third goal was scored by Kanwar Pratap Singh in 58th minute and the 4th goal was netted by Irfan in 60th minute.
In another match, Param FC registered a resounding win over Sainik Colony Football Club. Shezan Malik of Param FC scored a brilliant hat-trick.
The matches were officiated by Suresh Gupta, Sanjay Kumar, Dil Bahadur, Dinesh Verma, Dheeraj, Koushal and Vijay Kumar.
