JAMMU, Mar 3: State president of NCP and former minister Th Randhir Singh appointed Sub Committee to reorganize District and Block committees in Doda , Kishtwar , Reasi and Udhampur .
The committee is comprised of Krishan Kumar Digra vice president state NCP and Chairman NCP Legal cell, Dr Liaquat Ali Magray, vice president , R S Billowaria, general secretary, Rishi Kilam, president NYC youth wing of NCP and Kuldip Singh Jaral general secretary.
The sub committee has been authorized by the State president to reorganize the committee with new aspirants and also strengthen the student, youth , women wings and other various cells of the party.
