NCC cadet’s life goes beyond ”uniform, parade and camps”: PM

NEW DELHI, Jan 28: The life of an NCC cadet is beyond the uniform, the parade and the camps, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said.
”The NCC experience provides a sense of mission,” the Premier said while addressing the NCC rally here.
The Prime Minister noted that the NCC experience offered a glimpse of India, its strength and its diversity.
Emperors, rulers, governments do not make a nation, but a nation is made by its citizens, youth, farmers, scholars, scientists, workforce, and sants.
He said NCC cadets inspire confidence about the future of India, and instill pride about the strength of our youth.
Mr Modi appreciated the role of NCC in furthering the cause of cleanliness. He also called for continuing the movement towards digital transactions.  (UNI)
