JAMMU, Mar 10: National Conference Minority Cell today expressed anguish and concern over exploiting the miseries of displaced Kashmiri Pandits, by according official patronage by the PDP-BJP dispensation to Bollywood film-makers, quite in disregard to the sentiments of the community.
“It is unacceptable and the circular instructions issued by the Relief Organisation, Migrants should be immediately withdrawn and enquiry ordered to find out circumstances leading to issuance of such an illogical official communication”, a joint statement issued by the NC Minority Cell demanded.
The Minority Cell asked the coalition dispensation to desist from playing with the sentiments of the displaced community and focus on sorting out their problems.
Besides former MLC and Patron of the NC Minority Cell Vijay Bakaya, the joint signatories to the statement included its President M K Yogi, Chairman and former MLC Bushan Lal Bhat and Mr Jatin Bhat, among others.
