NC Minority Cell holds meet

JAMMU, Mar 2: National Conference (NC) Minority Cell in its meeting here, today held under the leadership of its president M K Yogi discussed various issues being faced by displaced Pandits.
The meeting demanded proper renovation of all migrant camps, allotment of shops to pending shopkeepers and the list in this regard be released immediately, providing proper accommodation to PM package employees in Valley, maintenance of stadium at Jagti, timely release of ration and relief, posting of staff and doctors at Jagti Hospital and proper security arrangements for Jagti township.
The meeting alleged that the Coalition Government is taking sadistic pleasure in the sufferings of migrants. Yogi urged the Government to shun non seriousness and come forward in redressal of problems of migrants. He also appealed the people to strengthen the National Conference.
Ex MLC B L Bhat, Bal Krishan Bhat, Amit Koul, Nana Ji Dembi and others were present in the meeting.
