JAMMU, Jan 24: A delegation of National Conference (NC) Minority Cell called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner in his office chambers, here today.
The delegation was led by MK Yogi, president of the Cell.
The delegation projected many issues regarding the welfare of the migrants living in camps and non camps in Jammu.
Yogi demanded immediate release of relief and ration to migrants.
He also projected the issue of non availability of medicines and medical staff at Jagti Hostipal, besides demanding repair of street lights , proper sanitation and beautification of parks, lanes etc at Jagti Township.
The delegation strongly stressed upon the authorities to release relief and ration in advance for forthcoming Maha Shivratri.
The Relief Commissioner after given a patient hearing to the delegation assured it for early solution of the issues.
