NC activists stage protest

JAMMU, Jan 12: Flaying State Government over the severe shortage of doctors in different hospitals of Poonch district,  National Conference today staged a protest demonstration in Poonch and also trained its guns towards Government for ration crisis in snow bound areas.
Protest was staged by members of both parent body and Youth National Conference wherein slogans were raised against the Coalition Government.
They said that there is shortage of doctors in almost all the Government hospitals of Poonch district and most of the posts are lying vacant.
” Healthcare system is on God’s mercy in Poonch district and shortage of doctors is prime concern issue ” they said demanding State Government for immediate filling of vacant posts to ensure that people get basic healthcare facilities in this border district.
NC leaders further said that government has badly failed in providing basic amenities like ration to people living in snow affected areas.
“There should be adequate ration dump in snow bound areas but neither Government managed to do it prior to snowfall nor help has been provided till now ” NC leaders said while asking local legislators of ruling parties to come forward for the help of affected people.
The protest demonstration was held under the overall supervision of  working district president Bagh  Hussain Rathoor while Surjan  Singh, Saleem Khari, Azaz  Chouhan,  Rashid  Shahpur,    Shafiq Baba, Kamaljeet Singh,   Nishu  Sharma and others were also accompanying.
