SRINAGAR, Oct 24: Governor N N Vohra today appointed Justice (Retired) Bilal Nazki as chairperson and Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, District and Sessions Judge (Retired), as Member of the J&K State Human Rights Commission (SHRC), with effect from the date they assume charge of their offices.
