JAMMU, Mar 16: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) emphasized that Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) must collectively decide whom to vote in the next month by elections of two Lok Sabha seats in Kashmir Valley.
In a statement issued here today KPC chief Kundan Kashmiri said  BJP or other likeminded nationalist organisations must contest both the Parliamentary Constituencies in the Valley to show the presence of nationalist parties as well as consolidate their voters in the Valley.
KPC which held a meeting at Union Capital in this regard today discussed present prevailing situation in J and K as well as about by elections of Srinagar and Anantnag Parliamentary Constituencies scheduled to be held on 10th and 12th April.
KPC Chief, while addressing, stated that in view of double standard policies and politics being played by so-called Kashmiri nationalist parties, who have failed to fulfill their promises and check the violence and dharnas in the Valley, the lot of voters in these constituencies are of nationalist approach, who want peace and development, and hence they would not like to vote those parties who have no clear cut policy and were misleading the masses with their statements. So, BJP or some other like-minded nationalist party must contest the elections of Srinagar and Anantnag Parliamentary Constituencies, he added.
