Nagrota terror attack case accused remanded to police custody

JAMMU, June 5: Special Judge NIA Haq Nawaz Zargar today granted 10 days police remand of Mohd Ashiq Baba, son of Ghulam Mohd Baba of Reasi, who was involved in terror attack at Nagrota in the month of November 2016.
After the perusal of application as well as CD file meticulously, the court observed, “the custodial interrogation of the accused is required in the interest of the investigation of the case, which is of serious nature”.
Accordingly, the court remanded the accused to the police custody.
