SRINAGAR, Oct 1: Muskan FC Shalbug, Ganderbal defeated the Syed Miran Sports Council Butwani by four goals in the final match of football league played at Meeran Sports Ground (MSG) Butwani today.
While the five goals were scored by Muskan FC Shalbug who dominated the game from the beginning exerting full pressure on Syed Miran Sports Council in the entire game.
Syed Miran only scored one goal. Mir Ghulam Rasool a veteran trade union leader and pattern of Pensioners and Senior Citizens Forum Kashmir was the chief guest on the occasion. He gave the trophy to winning team and runners up trophy to another team.
For winning team the trophy was received by its captain Sameer Ahmed while runners up trophy was given to Farooq Ahmed Butwani.
Ghulam Ahmed Lone Municipal Officer, Abdul Majid Bhat ex member Board of Directors JK Bank and Abdul Razak Dar a local leader were the guests of honour.
