Music torture

Sir,
We in this country have more laws than required but followed are only a few. That is quite unfortunate. The marriage and banquet halls are under obligation to shut music systems from their premises after 10 pm or allow such music without using loud speakers and amplifiers.
Come night, in many places, especially, Paloura, Janipur, Patoli  etc, music is played throughout nights at the highest possible levels, the deafening levels violating permissible limits in decibels.
A minimum of 7 to 8 hours sound sleep is medically recommended for a normal person but even after taking tranquillisers , sleep gets disturbed. Sick people virtually writhe with disturbances. Imagine the plight of those shopkeepers who throughout the day are exposed to pressure horns, noise, carbon emissions, dust and their mental tension gets accentuated when reaching home this music at highest possible pitch is played with impunity.
Can people with senses allow breaking the natural silence of the nights for their personal  ends by troubling people coming within their range of torture? Like this we are only producing more mentally disturbed and physically troubled people . Law must step in and arrest those whether in marriage halls, private houses or from religious precincts.  Please end this unending torture.
Yours etc …..
