JAMMU, Dec 31: Muscle Zone Gym in an effort to make the people of Jammu aware about the health and fitness in their day to day busy life, organized Run for Fun at Channi Himmat, here today.
A large number of young and old people participated in the event with enthusiasm and fervour.
The run began at 6.30 am in the morning and took the full round of Channi Himmat area giving message to youth of Jammu to keep away from drugs and avoid drinking during driving.
The run was sponsored by J&K Wine Traders Association.
President J&K Wine Traders Association, Charanjeet Singh appreciated the efforts of Raman Manhas (4 time Mr J&K), owner of the Gym and its team especially Mr Sachin, Sr. Coach in organizing the event.
Both Mr. Raman and Mr. Charanjeet urged the youth to stay away from the drug abuse and play an important role in nation building and remain engaged in health and sports related activities.
It is pertinent to mention here that Muscle Zone is a Health Club for ladies and gents, fully air conditioned and equipped with latest and high performance fitness equipments in all of its branches.
