JAMMU, Apr 11: Mochhi Pholi Saeth Athroat Trust (MPSAT) in its general body meeting held under the chairmanship of Veer Ji Bhat discussed the functioning of the Trust.
Kashmiri Lal Bhat senior advocate and convener Pt Prem Nath Bhat Memorial Charitable Trust was the chief guest and Maharaj Krishan Bambroo president Nagbal Prabandhak Committee Anantnag was the guest of honour.
Ravinder Raina a senior member of the Trust laid stress on removal of social evils. Roshan Lal Raina treasurer informed the meeting that during 2017-18 the Trust has distributed an amount of Rs 2.54 lakh among the needy families on account of marriage, education and medical assistance.
Veer Ji Bhat informed about the aims and objectives of the Trust.
During the meeting Veer Ji Bhat was re-nominated the Chairman of the Trust, P L Koul and S K Razdan were re-nominated as auditors, Roshan Lal Bhat and A K Dhar will function as treasurer and general secretary respectively and S L Koul was inducted in the Trust to work as secretary press and publicity.
