REASI, Mar 14: A young motorcyclist died while his pillion rider sustained critical injuries when their motorbike met with an accident on Katra- Reasi road, near Railway tunnel Balni, here last night.
The deceased was identified as Bappaditya Mandal (29), son of Basanta Kumar of Champanni, West Bangal. He reportedly died on the spot while the pillion rider, identified as Prema Pada Jeva (32), son of Pankaj Kumar of Odissa, was critically injured and shifted to CHC Katra. He was later referred to GMC Jammu in view of his critical condition.
