JAMMU, Mar 19: Mother’s Pride & Joy Pre-Primary School celebrated its Annual Day on the theme “Symphony of Joy” at the GCW Auditorium, Gandhi Nagar, here.
Sham Lal Choudhary, Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control was the Chief Guest, while Dilbag Singh, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Security was the Guest of Honour.
The special guests for the event included Vikram Choudhary, State Secretary BJP and Ajay Pargal, Senior leader BJP.
The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by the chanting of Gyatri Mantra.
The Director & Principal of the School, Mona Khurana extended a warm welcome to all present besides presenting the school’s annual report.
The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour along with Dr Chand Trehan Psychologist, and founder member of Mother’s Pride & Joy Pre- Primary school lauded the efforts of the students and staff for holding the event in a befitting manner.
Students exhibited their talent and emotions by performing on different dance tunes with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme rose to a final crescendo with a patriotic number in the grand finale which ended in a beautiful resonance lingering in the minds of everyone.
The School’s Director,. Rajeev Khurana concluded the programme with the vote of thanks.
