SUNDERBANI, Mar 19: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee expressed grave concern over the unabated casualties from the LoC due to increased cease fire violations from across the border.
Expressing great shock over the martyrdom of Rifleman Karamjeet Singh, in Sunderbani Sector of Rajouri district on Monday, PCC chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma paid rich tributes to Army jawan who laid down his life for the nation and conveyed deep sympathy with the bereaved family on behalf of the entire rank and file of the party.
Seeking serious attention of the nation towards this grave situation in which our young jawans are getting martyred, injured and disabled on regular basis on J&K borders, Sharma questioned the Modi Government’s policies to deal with Pakistan and described it as utter failures to ensure the safety and security of jawans and civilians.
He regretted that despite tall claims, the present Govt has failed to contain Pak designs and to ensure security and safety of border residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
