MLA visits Balihote, announces Rs 24 lakh from CDF

RAMBAN, June 4: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Ramban Neelam Kumar Langeh conducted a day long extensive tour of Balihote Panchayat in district Ramban, here today and announced Rs 24 lakh for the developmental works.
During his tour, the MLA visited every corner of Balihote area and also interacted with people from Nabbal, Bhagna, Adhawa, Snicha, Darbote, Chola, Lanthi, Gali Bass and Halla. He patiently heard the grievances of the people, with regard to electricity, water, health centre, education institutions besides proper road connectivity and assured earliest redressal.
Langeh directed the AEE PMGSY to speed-up the work of road from Seri to Snicha so that the people may not suffer further. He further directed PWD to complete the work of under construction building of Government High School Nabbal so as to avoid any further difficulties to the students.
He said that the work on electrification of the whole area would be completed soon and in the meantime, he would talk to the concern minister to provide solar system to the remaining un-electrified area of the constituency.
During his visit, the MLA also announced 100 desks for different schools, Rs 20 lakh for the construction of community hall at Balihote besides Rs 4 lakh for four cutting and tailoring centres in Nabbal Sincha, Bardar and Balihote under his CDF.
Langeh also inspected ongoing development works in the area and directed the concerned agencies to complete the work on time.
The MLA  was accompanied by Beopar Mandal Pardhan Ved Bushan Gupta,  Ramban Mandal Pardhan Naseeb Singh, district cashier Mangal Singh and  general secretary Raghbir Singh Jaggi besides officers and officials of different department of the district.
