UDHAMPUR, Sept 12: Decomposed body of a youth was found near his house, under mysterious circumstances at Kainth Gali, Pancheri.
The deceased was identified as Jia Lal (27), son of Shiv Das, who was missing for the last few days.
The body was spotted by some locals, who informed the Police. In this regard an inquest proceeding under section 174 CrPC has been initiated.
