Srinagar, Jan 24: Militants on late Wednesday evening hurled a hand grenade towards police station at Pampore in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said.
However, the grenade exploded at a distance from main gate, they said adding no one was injured. Meanwhile, security forces and police have launched a massive search operation in the area to nab the militants responsible for the attack.
This was the third such attack on police stations in the Kashmir valley this week. (Agencies)
