JAMMU, Jan 28: Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jammu organized a one-day certified workshop on a computer software package named Skylab in collaboration with IIT Bombay for the faculty of ECE and MCA Department.
This was supported by National Mission on Education through ICT, MHRD, Govt. of India. The resource persons for the workshop were Arjun Chadha (IIT Bombay) and Menakshi (IIT Bombay). Prof Ankur Gupta, Joint Director, MIET and Prof. S K Sharma, Principal, MIET complimented the efforts of ECE Department especially to HoD ECE, Jamini Sharma. Assistant Professor. Neha Gupta was the workshop organizer. The main focus of the workshop was to hone the technical skills of the faculty by providing them with the knowledge of Skylab package and its tool boxes for its use in the field of engineering sciences.
