‘Mere Rang De Akhar’, ‘Lamhe-Lamhe’ released

JAMMU, Jan 29: J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages released “Mere Rang De Akhar” written by Khalid Hussain in Punjabi and special number of Urdu magazine Lamhe-Lamhe (Badhayun) edited by Haseeb Soz followed by a Punjabi Kahani Ghoshti at KL Saigal Hall.
In this Kahani Darbar, budding and senior story writers recited their stories.
Kanwal Kashmiri, renowned Punjabi writer presided over the function, whereas Khalid Hussain and secretary Khalid Basher Ahmad also shared the dais.
Earlier, Savita Bakshi, special secretary presented the welcome address, whereas in the end, Popinder Singh Paras, Editor Sheeraza Punjabi conducted the proceedings and also presented vote of thanks.
Among others present were HS Sagar, RS Rajan, Gurdeep Kour and galaxy of learned litterateurs.
