JAMMU, Jan 14: A medical screening camp for the families of Army personnel at Nagrota was organised by 166 Military Hospital as a part of Army Day celebrations here today.
The camp was inaugurated by Rekha Sharma, regional president, Army Wives welfare Association, White Knight Corps. Nearly 200 women were screened for anemia, diabetes and blood pressure. Awareness on breast cancer, cervical cancer and role of healthy diet and exercise for prevention of life style related diseases was also carried out by way of talks, skit and screening of short videos.
